Raymond G. Trombley lives in Hawaii where he manages the crisis management and contingency planning programs for a major financial institution. He is a member of the Business Continuity Institute in London, and is certified as a Master Business Continuity Professional by the Disaster Recovery Institute International. He has served as an Air Force international geopolitical affairs and intelligence officer in the Asia-Pacific Region, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He has degrees in the Administration of Justice, Behavioral Psychology and Public Administration. He is also the founder and president of the Contingency Planners of the Pacific, and founder and chairman of HawaiiFIRST for Continuity – both non-profit organizations.
